Evaluation of transesophageal Doppler in Beagle dogs as an aid to provide goal directed fluid therapy

      Introduction: Goal directed fluid therapy (GDFT) has been shown to improve patient outcomes in human medicine. This study evaluated the use of esophageal Doppler in dogs to measure hemodynamic variables that could be used to guide GDFT.
